Upstairs

The guest house comes with two bedrooms upstairs – a king (with king size bed) with large deck overlooking Long Bay beach and a twin bedroom (with two twin beds that can be pushed together if necessary), both en-suite shower rooms. There is a crib for infants.

Downstairs

Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with powder room and laundry room (including washer and dryer) all opening out onto a large screened in deck with it’s own gas grill and lounging area. There is a sofa bed in the lounge that can sleep up to two people. There is a high chair, a smart tv and a selection of board games.
